The property goes from the street to the beach. Caribbean Colors Art gallery features the original paintings, limited edition prints and jewelry of Lee Vanderwalker and represents more than ten Belizean artists or artists living and working in Belize.
Coco Loco Cafe is located deep inside Caribbean Colors Art Gallery and serves coffee drinks, sandwiches and desserts.
Above the gallery is Alamina Beach House Apartments built by Lee's husband Norman Alamina.
